Welcome
My name is Megan Hughes. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Reiki Master taking a holistic approach to treating pelvic floor dysfunction. My practice blends traditional, evidence-based physical therapy with energy work in order to restore strength, balance and function.
As the owner and founder of Elevate, I will personally be working with you throughout your journey. I provide trauma-informed care in a peaceful and private setting. I believe in the importance of consistent care and connection, in an environment where you feel safe, held and heard.

CST is a gentle, hands on technique to help support the craniosacral system

This system is made up of bones, tissue and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord

Through gentle techniques, restrictions in the system are discovered and released, facilitating the body's innate healing capacity
